A stroller-based workout for moms, dads or other caregivers. Each total body workout incorporates power walking and strolling, strength training, balance work and toning. An awesome way to get fit, meet new people, and have fun with your little ones! And, after some classes, special activities will be planned for the children!

Each session will include breathing techniques, games, simple yoga poses and a craft that goes along with a weekly theme. Yoga mats provided. Learn fly fishing basics on site, instructed by professionals from ReelFlyRod.com. Attend just one or both (April 9 & 23) of these beginner-level lessons on fly casting, outfit rigging, fly selection and presentation. Rods, reels and flies will be provided. (ages 12 and up)
