Taught by a certified Zumba fitness instructor, this morning exercise program is a blend of Zumba and a full-body resistance band workout. Bring water and a towel, all other equipment provided.

We take the “work” out of workout by combining great music with low and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Let spring shine in! Use fused glass to create a whimsical spring flower design. Learn skills to cut glass and principles of kiln-fired glass from instructor Kathy Woodruff. Finished artwork is 15” wide and 9” tall or an 11.75” circle to hang in your window! Class is held in the park headquarters building. (ages 16 and up)
