Help the local birds stay warm this winter by painting your own birdhouse to take home! This is a great way to get creative as a family, as well as benefit the wildlife as the weather gets colder. Each child enrolled is limited to bringing one adult. Ages 5 – 9 with an adult companion.

We will combine the elements of fire and ice during a winter hike and campfire. We will search for icicles, icy puddles and snowy patches that we can paint! Afterwards we will warm up around the campfire and make s’mores. Ages 8 – 12.

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs. Movements can be modified for any age, body or fitness level. This class is perfect for both the beginner and experienced participant. Join the My Pilates Studio instructor for a full-body workout overlooking Grant Park. Ages 18 and up.
