Subject: Enjoy a Sunset Hike in Grant Park

CENTERVILLE, OH: Take a naturalist-led evening hike on the trails of Grant Park. This is your chance to explore the park during a time it is normally closed to visitors! Hikers will stop in the prairie to observe the sunset before continuing into the forest to listen for owls! This special Sunset Hike is Thursday, January 30 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Hikers should meet at the Normandy Entrance of Grant Park, 501 Normandy Ridge Rd. The hike takes place on a natural path. Bring along a flashlight and dress for the weather.

The Sunset Hike is open to ages 14 and up. The hike is free for residents of Centerville and Washington Township, however pre-registration is required for planning purposes. Register online at www.cwpd.org or call (937) 433-5155 to register. The registration deadline is Tuesday, January 28 at 5:30 p.m.
