Preschool Nature Series: Plant Biology Kit

Halloween Hop & Howl

Show us your silly side! Put on your Halloween best and join us for a festive stroll around the park. Signs will be placed along the path to get kids moving and grooving as they collect goodies at various stations. Come in costume and enjoy the Halloween spirit. Please bring your own bag to collect treats!

Family groups will begin the trail in 15-minute increments, please plan your arrival accordingly. Masks are required for ages 10 & up. Please practice social distancing whenever possible throughout the event.

Billie Gold Bubble Tea will be at this session. Event sponsored by South Metro Women’s Optimist Club and the Centerville-Washington Park District.

This is a teal pumpkin event. All treats will be allergy-friendly.

Bike Centerville Community Ride

This ride is 20 miles round trip. Please be sure you are ready for this distance. We will bike to Carillon Historical Park and take a break there to enjoy the view and look for the eagles on the river. Bring your own snack.

A collaborative program with Centerville-Washington History and the Washington-Centerville Public Library, Booked for Lunch is a monthly lunchtime discussion on a historical fiction or nonfiction book. The library will advance order copies for participants to borrow while supplies last. Ages 18 and up.
