Subject: Valentine Luminary Walk

CENTERVILLE, OH: Begin your Valentine’s Day weekend celebration on Friday, February 12! The Centerville-Washington Park District will be hosting a special Valentine’s Luminary Walk for the whole family. If you look forward to their annual December Luminary Walk, you will enjoy this event!

The candlelit luminary walk will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Bill Yeck Park, a 194-acre nature park located on E. Centerville Station Road. Families can choose between a one-mile route or a half-mile paved route that is wheelchair and stroller-friendly. Both paths will feature Valentine’s Day and winter-themed lighted features.

The Luminary Walk is free to attend. Attendees are encouraged to bring new and unopened items for YWCA Dayton. View YWCA’s wish list at ywcadayton.org/how-to-help/ywish-list/.

Preregistration is requested for event planning purposes. Register online at www.cwpd.org or call (937) 433-5155 to register. This event is weather dependent. Weather-related changes will be posted on the park district’s website.

Attendees are asked to wear a face covering when a distance of 6 ft. cannot be maintained.
