CENTERVILLE, OH: The Centerville-Washington Park District and the Rec West Enrichment Center offer free monthly tours of local nature spots. The Park District naturalist addresses seasonal happenings on the slow-paced walk. June’s tour will be at Oak Creek South Park, 790 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., on Thursday, June 27. The walk begins at 10 a.m. and will last approximately 1 hour. Enjoy the beautiful summer weather!

The monthly Getting Out and Enjoying Nature walks are for ages 18 and over. Register online at or call (937)433-5155 to register. Pre-registration is required. The registration deadline is Tuesday, June 25 at 10:00 a.m.
