Volunteers teach, coach, and administer the youth athletic leagues that play
on Park District fields. This partnership of public facilities and volunteer
administration provides cost-effective recreation programs with direct

The Centerville Baseball League
provides organized boys baseball and girls softball for all children
who want to play. The program teaches a basic knowledge of the
games. Both recreational and traveling select teams are provided to
offer a range of competitive opportunities. |

Centerville Noon Optimist Sof-T-Ball Association
The
Centerville Noon Optimist Sof-T-Ball Association provides organized
T-ball for boys and girls. Children are taught a basic knowledge of
the game and gain a rewarding experience through learning to play
fairly, abiding by the rules, and understanding the value of good
sportsmanship. Many coaches are certified through NYSCA, the
National Youth Sports Coaches Association. |
