The Wellness Wheel equals
balance. If you look at the wheel, it is perfectly round like the
tires on your bicycle. If you practice one aspect of wellness more
than others, your wheel will become lopsided and you will not be
able to perform at your highest potential. Click on the wheel to
learn more about each dimension of wellness and keep your bike
headed down a healthy path! |
