The Fab Four
People who maintain mental sharpness as they age tend to have four things in common:
1. They stay physically active.
2. They do more than watch television to stay mentally active.
3. They maintain strong relationships with family and friends. Many even keep working.
4. They control their risk factors for heart disease and diseases of the brain by not smoking, and controlling blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes.
