Headaches: On the
Rebound
Taking over-the-counter painkillers containing ibuprofen and aspirin for headaches more than twice a week can cause more headaches (known as rebound headaches). Caffeine, which is often added to these products, is another culprit, especially if you drink lots of coffee, tea, or other
beverages containing caffeine. Prescription medications for migraines can also cause rebound headaches.
Keep track of what triggers your headaches, get enough sleep and physical activity, and reduce your stress levels to help prevent headaches.
