In a skillet, brown the ground
beef and drain off the fat. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix
well. Cook over medium heat and cover skillet until boiling.
Reduce to a low heat and simmer for 35 minutes. Serve hot.

Per Serving: (1 1/3 cups per serving): 184 calories, 3 g fat (1 g
saturated fat), 15 mg cholesterol, 125 mg sodium, 33 mg calcium, 2
mg iron.
