Parent Tips for Healthy Kids

 

Kids - At the Store and in the Kitchen

Children may be more willing to try new foods if they’ve already become familiar with them. Let kids help select fruits and vegetables at the grocery store and then get them involved in meal preparation at home. Even very young children can help by washing fruits and vegetables.
