Exercise Tip of the Month
Time Out: When to give your body a break
You should expect to be sore for the first few days of any new workout
routine. “Exercise should never hurt; it’s not about pain,” says personal
trainer Jo Nicholson.
Take a rest if you exercise consistently and
still feel sore the following day. Stop the particular exercise for a while
and seek the advice of a doctor if the pain persists.
