Centerville-Washington Park District's Haunted TrailGhosts, ghouls and zombies will haunt the trails of Bill Yeck Park October 17 & 18! On these fun-filled evenings your trail guide will lead you through the scary forest. The groups will leave from Forest Field Park shelter; please park at Forest Field Park. The hauntings will begin at 7:30 p.m. The last group will be sent through at 9 p.m. Underdogs Mobile food truck will be on-site for this year’s Haunted Trail!

Attendees are encouraged to bring canned goods/non-perishable food items to be donated to local food banks.

The Haunted Trail program is co-sponsored by the Centerville Noon Optimist Club; the University of Dayton Optimists; the Centerville High School Octagon Club; and the Junior Optimist Clubs at Incarnation School and Magsig, Tower Heights and Watts Middle Schools.

It is made possible because of amazing help from volunteers! You can help, too — sign up to volunteer as a trail guide! Guides provide instructions to small groups of participants and lead them on the trail. Volunteers can sign up for one or both nights and must be able to walk the half-mile trail several times. Hiking shoes are recommended. Volunteers must be over 16.

Registration is not required for this free event. Children under 7 will not be admitted.
